What time can I visit my space?
The facility and your space are accessible to you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
What kind of self storage do you provide?
We-Store provides indoor, climate controlled self storage, and outdoor drive-up self storage
How do I get in if I rent online now?
Once your rental is complete you will receive a text message with your unit code and gate access information.
I rented online but did not get the code. Now what?
Call us 888-202-7575 and we will give you the codes.

Is We-Store a secure facility?
Yes. Our facilities are fully fenced, gated, well-lit, and protected via multiple security cameras.
Is there any staff onsite?
No. The facility is remotely managed and does not have any staff onsite.
Do you offer tenant property protection plans or insurance and if so how do I view coverage options?
All tenants are required to provide proof of insurance or purchase one of our Storage Protection Plans listed. Provide proof of insurance within 14 days of renting your space by emailing us a copy to office@we-store.com or you will be automatically enrolled in the minimum coverage protection plan. Some, though not all, homeowner's and renter's insurance policies will cover your items while they are in our facility. Please read your policy thoroughly before relying on it for the protection of your property.
Is my price fixed?
We-Store works hard to provide our customers clean and secure facilities with excellent customer service. As such, we adjust our customer's rental rates to keep up with the rising costs associated with providing high quality service.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept all major debit or credit cards and checks.
How do I cancel my lease?
You can cancel your lease at any time with a 30 day notice. You can submit a notice on our website, by emailing us at office@we-store.com, or by calling us at 888-202-7575. As per our moveout policy, please make sure to vacate the unit and take a picture. You can text that picture to our office at 888-202-7575. Remember to lock up the unit and leave it like you found it.
There is a problem with my unit, what can I do?
Call us at 888-202-7575 or send us an email at office@we-store.com. Our representatives are trained to assist you remotely using several troubleshooting techniques. If our agents are not able to assist remotely, they will place a work order for maintenance to assist on site.
